Some of people like me :p are not willing to let go Zend-Framework for Symfony, the native environment for Doctrine, here is a clean way of integrating Doctrine 2.0 into Zend-Framework projects. I integrated Doctrine into bootstrap. I used Symphony console component for cli. I committed my code into github. I feel this is the right place to share my code.
